How hard it's the return to the everyday routine .... I'm looking at holidays photos only now, so I hope to be able to dedicate them at least a portion of a post as soon as possible!
Meanwhile, finally, thanks to the drop of temperature, I could make a cake saving two overripe bananas....
CIAMBELLONE ALLE BANANE
250 gr flour
200 gr sugar
2 ripe bananas
1/2 glass of seed oil
1 small glass of water with 1 tablespoon of honey
1 packet of yeast with vanillin
a teaspoon of rum
Beat the egg and sugar with an electric mixer. Combine the bananas mashed with a fork.
Add oil, water, rum, flour and baking powder sifted in the end.
Pour the dough into buttered mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
