CRAUTI CON PANCETTA
1/2 cavolo verza
1 cipollotto
100 gr. di pancetta affumicata a dadini
25 gr.di burro
aceto balsamico
sale e pepe
Tritare il cipollotto e farlo soffriggere con il burro in una pentola antiaderente insieme alla pancetta.
Unire il cavolo verza lavato e tagliato a striscioline e lasciar cuocere con il coperchio, aggiungendo acqua quando necessario.
Verso la fine della cottura aggiungere sale, pepe e aceto balsamico a piacere e lasciare evaporare.

I take few "spare" minutes to continue the "menu" of the other day ... sausage,potatoes and ... of course sauerkraut!! It was the first time I was preparing that "my way" ... that is so fast and without following recipes (if not the tips of my mum;-P) .... I hope you like them, have a nice day!!
CABBAGE WITH BACON
1/2 savoy cabbage (or cabbage for sauerkraut)
1 onion
100 gr. smoked bacon, diced
25 gr butter
balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Chop the onion and cook with the butter in a pan with the bacon.
Combine the cabbage washed and cut into strips and cook with cover, adding water when needed.
At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar to taste and let evaporate it.
